1940
Former Chairman Mr. Xu Xiubao and Mr. Noda Japan established the Taiwan Office Co., Ltd. in Taipei
1941
Completed the construction of the hood for Chiayi Airport, the hoods are still in use
1945
After the end of World War II, Mr. Noda returned to Japan, and Mr. Xu Xiubao acquired equity and operated solely.
1947
Taiwan office changed its name to Taiwan Industrial Machinery Plant
1950
Become a qualified vehicle parts supplier of Taiwan Highway Bureau, become a qualified supplier of railway peripheral equipment and car components
1955
Received Certificate of Merit from Taiwan Railway Administration
1958
Contracted the Asian Cement Company's hybrid chopper and aerial gondola project
1960
Completed the construction of the new boiler project and the automatic mixing machine manufacturing project of Nangang Tire Company, and contracted the manufacturing and piping project of the mixing tank and fermentation tank of the Taiwan Public Sales Bureau
1963
Taiwan Industrial Machinery Plant reorganized as Taiwan Industrial Machinery Plant (stock) company and is still in use today
1965
Engaged in the manufacture of reducers

Completed the 40-ton crane project of Hualien Power Plant
1975
Worm gear reducer starts exporting

Won the Golden Dragon Award for Best Quality of Mechanical Parts from the Central Government

Obtained ISO 9001 certification

Expanded operations and moved to Taoyuan
